The Installation Meeting of Shirley Woolmer Preceptory No.500

Brethren gathered Sidcup Masonic hall on the 3rd of November 2025 at Shirley Woolmer Preceptory No. 500, where E.Kt. Bill Roberts welcomed the Provincial Prior R.E.Kt. David Jordan K.C.T. into the Preceptory along with a large number of Provincial Officers and newly Promoted Past Provincial Officers.

E.Kt. Bill Roberts, a past preceptor occupying the chair, then installed E.Kt. Greg Dunham into the chair of the Preceptory, the Provincial Prior congratulated E.Kt. Gerg Dunham on taking the chair as he was a recent joining member and congratulated E.Kt. Bill for such a perfect delivered ceremony. E.Kt. Greg then installed Companion Colin Starbuck as a new Knight Templar completing all the work his self including the charge and symbols in such a word perfect manner.

The Provincial Prior presented a anniversary Certificate to E.Kt. Bill Roberts for completing 40 years as a Knight Templar at Shirley Woolmer Preceptory No.500, the Provincial Vice- Chancellor V.E.Kt. Dean read out the citation and the Provincial Prior ask E.Kt. Bill Roberts about his time in the Preceptory and his memories over the years.

After the Temple ceremony E.Kt. Bill Roberts then install E.Kt. Greg Dunham as Eminent Prior in the Mata Degree.

The Provincial Prior being previous asked presented Great Priory of Malta certificates to Kts. Cullen and Chiloane, the meeting finally ended and departed to a splendid refectory.
