 Squiggle The Installation Meeting of Crystal Palace Preceptory No.257

 At Mark Masons Hall on the 23rd of February 2026 in London the Crystal Palace Preceptory No.257 had a massive amount of Masonic work to complete.

Firstly the Eminent Preceptor Mario Antoniou welcomed the Provincial Sub Prior E.Kt. Pieter Jan Swinge into the Preceptory along with a number of Provincial Officers and the Provincial Prior’s Bodyguard who were on loan to the Sub Prior, the Eminent Preceptor offered him his baton, the Sub Prior declined the offer saying he was here to enjoy the meeting and looking forward to see the Eminent Preceptor install his son and another Companion into the order.

 E.Kt. Kelvin Gane took the role of Preceptory Marshal and E.Kt. Mark Wright the Prelate and E.Kt. Derek Chapman as 1st Constable along with Deputy Marshal. E.Kt. Stephen Littler organized and drilled the Bodyguard. The first candidate Comp Antony Antoniou was lead into the Preceptory and preformed the first half of the ceremony then the second candidate Comp David Simon was led into the Preceptory both receiving the charge from E.Kt. Kelvin Gane.

Both novices were invited to retire from the Preceptory and re-entered and performed the second half of the installation of a Knight. The Accolade was given by the Provincial Sub Prior. The symbols was delivered by E.Kt. Ed Lines.

 The Eminent Preceptor invited E.Kt. Vincent Fattoruoss to occupy the chair for the Installation of the new Eminent Preceptor E.Kt. Alexander Reinke in a sincere manner. The newly installed Eminent Preceptor invested his officers and the Preceptory was duly closed.

A Priory of Malta was opened and E.Kt. Vincent Fattoruoss install Eminent Knight Alexander Reinke as Eminent Prior.
