Donation To Hospice In The Weald
On the 12th of March 2026 at the Hospice In The Weald in Pembury, a delegation of Knights from the Province of Kent made a presentation of £750 to the much needed funds for the care of Hospice patients.The visiting Knights comprising of E.Kt. Pieter Jan Swinge Provincial Sub Prior, V.E.Kt. Dennis Dean Provincial Vice-Chancellor and Kt. Geoffrey Dixon registrar of Boxlet Abbey Preceptory No.402.
They were very warmly welcomed by Kelly and Jan from the fund raising and volunteers team then kindly tweeted to coffee and a tour of the building that is under massive refurbishment.
The donation was raised by the generosity of the Knights, friends and family at the Provincial Priory of Kent Burns’ Sunday Carvery in January.
